Role: Service
Now CMDBServiceNow CMDB Domain Expert. Individual should have excellent working knowledge of CMDB and various integrations for configuration items to include: Service Graph Connector, Tanium, JAMF, Solar Winds, etc. Individual must have experience in configuring these integrations to maximize the quality and completeness of the CMDB.Knowledge of Technology Asset Management its required as it relies on the CMDB for operation ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, ITSM.
