About the role

Company Description: Blueprint DTC specializes in driving digital growth for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands, helping them scale through data-driven marketing and creative strategies. The company partners with brands to optimize online performance, increase customer acquisition, and improve retention across digital channels. Blueprint DTC focuses on innovative content and performance marketing to support clients in competitive online markets. Team members collaborate remotely, using digital tools to deliver measurable results. The environment is fast-paced, creative, and oriented toward impactful work that directly influences client success.
Role Description: The UGC Content Creator (User-Generated Content) is a remote contract role responsible for producing authentic, vertical video and social content that reflects real customer experiences and supports ecommerce and DTC brand growth. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming concepts, scripting short-form videos, filming and editing content on a phone or camera, and submitting deliverables according to campaign briefs and deadlines. The role involves following brand guidelines, incorporating feedback from the Blueprint DTC team, and adapting content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The UGC Content Creator will track trends, experiment with hooks and formats, and deliver multiple variations of content to support testing and performance marketing initiatives.
Qualifications: Strong short-form video creation skills, including filming, basic editing, and on-camera presence. Experience creating social media content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and adjust content based on feedback. Comfortable generating ideas, writing simple scripts or outlines, and presenting products naturally. Reliable access to a smartphone or camera with good video quality, stable internet, and a quiet filming environment. Strong communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, and openness to iterative testing and optimization. Interest or experience in ecommerce, DTC brands, or performance/UGC-style advertising is highly beneficial. Prior UGC content examples or a portfolio of social video work are preferred.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
