Administrative Assistant A growing manufacturing company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting daily office operations, purchasing activities, and customer-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be sharp, friendly, highly organized, and able to work collaboratively in a small team environment. This role will report directly to company leadership and offers the opportunity to become a key contributor within a stable and expanding organization. Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth office operations Assist with purchasing activities including vendor communication, order placement, and delivery tracking Support bookkeeping functions such as invoice processing, data entry, and record maintenance Maintain accurate documentation related to purchasing, compliance, and financial records Assist with customer compliance documentation and ensure timely submissions Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and efficiently Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Office tools Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems Support general office coordination and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications 24 years of administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable, professional, and eager to learn Positive attitude with strong communication skills Ability to work well within a small, collaborative team environment If you are interested, email me at emily.clough@roesseljoy.com
