Work Environment: Our Sanford rehabilitation facility offers an inviting and well-equipped setting designed to facilitate recovery. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess patients referred by physicians to develop a personalized treatment plan based on individual needs and care objectives. Utilize therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices to address orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions, ensuring the highest standard of care. Implement tailored exercise regimens and rehabilitation programs to restore function and enhance mobility in patients. Demonstrate exceptional customer service throughout the patient care journey, contributing to a holistic treatment experience. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care. Engage in patient education and training for both clients and their caregivers to promote understanding of the rehabilitation process and empower them on their road to recovery. Meet utilization goals and participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge. Patient Population / Client FocusThe patient population we serve is diverse, encompassing individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries to pediatric patients requiring specialized therapy. Our orthopedic focus allows clinicians to deeply engage with patients experiencing musculoskeletal issues, while our commitment to neurology and sports medicine enables a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required, with a preference for candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Active State License in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida. Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association. Proven proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, along with computer literacy, particularly in patient management software.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in diverse settings—including outpatient care, community health, or rehabilitation facilities—are preferred. Experience with specialized patient populations, such as geriatrics or athletes in training, will be highly valued. We particularly welcome individuals who demonstrate a strong desire to build relationships with patients and engage in community outreach efforts.

Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation package ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, reflecting the qualifications and experience of successful candidates.
