The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, pursuing, and closing new health plan contracts to support the company's national expansion strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of the health plan market, a proven track record in B2B health plan sales, and expertise in value-based care. The VP will be instrumental in positioning the company as the preferred ABA partner for health plans, driving sustainable revenue growth, and ensuring that the company's services are accessible to families in need. Applicants for the VP of Health Plan Partnerships position at the company should have at least 6 years' of experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence, with a minimum of 2 years' in a management or lead role. Strong SQL skills, experience in BI migration, and a track record of driving cross-functional alignment on data definitions are essential. The role also requires experience in managing analysts, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment. Familiarity with the AWS data ecosystem, particularly Amazon QuickSight, and experience in a healthcare or regulated data environment are significant pluses.
