The Company is seeking a Vice President of Retirement Plan Implementations to lead the strategic and operational aspects of onboarding new clients onto its innovative workplace solution platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation process, including new client setup, plan conversions, and early-stage client adoption. This senior leadership role demands a deep understanding of retirement plans, recordkeeping, and the ability to scale onboarding in a fintech or similar environment. The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient transition for all stakeholders, from clients to service providers. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Retirement Plan Implementations include leading and scaling the onboarding function, overseeing plan conversions, and driving the adoption of payroll integrations. The role requires a hands-on approach to building and managing a team, processes, and service standards to guarantee a high-quality experience for all involved. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years' of experience in retirement plan implementation and recordkeeping, and a proven track record of developing and executing implementation processes. Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work with various CRM and collaboration tools.
