About the role
Driving revenue growth, the full-time Senior Channel Account Manager will manage relationships with key distribution channels, ensuring client success and maximizing platform value in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Build strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders to position Backlight as a critical business partner
Own renewal and expansion strategies for accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and deeper partnerships
Lead strategic quarterly business reviews to monitor client health and drive revenue growth through data-driven optimization
Required qualifications
7+ years of successful B2B software/SaaS sales experience focused on enterprise-level channel management
Expertise in navigating complex partner ecosystems, including Global System Integrators and Value-Added Resellers
Experience managing customer relationships within the SaaS landscape, particularly in content workflows and asset lifecycle management
Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage and influence senior executives effectively
Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts while balancing competing priorities
