About the role
To drive partner expansion and retention, the remote Channel Account Manager II will serve as a trusted advisor to service providers, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed quota based on expansion performance and renewal outcomes
Serve as a trusted advisor to partners by delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term loyalty
Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across assigned partner organizations
Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, partner success, or channel/direct sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below
Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to manage partner activity and opportunities
A genuine passion for the partner community and for helping partners deliver meaningful cybersecurity outcomes
Comfort using AI in practical day-to-day work, including call summaries and account preparation
