This role will coordinate complex business, data, digital, and technology workstreams while following the established governance, accountability, and delivery discipline required for successful multi-brand deployment.
Responsibilities: Drive cross-functional program delivery by managing schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, scope, and stakeholder accountability. Coordinate internal teams and external partners through implementation, testing, launch, and transition while proactively addressing delivery challenges. Lead governance, resource planning, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting to keep projects on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
Required Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive project or program management experience leading complex technical, software, digital product, enterprise application, e-commerce, data, or transformation initiatives. Demonstrated experience delivering large, cross-functional initiatives within a corporate or enterprise environment. Experience leading work through requirements and design, build or configuration, testing and UAT, deployment, and stabilization.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PIM, MDM, DAM, PLM, e-commerce, ERP, or related product data and digital ecosystems. Experience with Akeneo PIM or another enterprise PIM platform. Experience in global retail, footwear, apparel, consumer products, or e-commerce organizations. Experience leading multi-brand, multi-business-unit, or global deployments. Experience with product-data governance, data migration, and digital commerce integrations. PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum/Agile, SAFe, or comparable project/program management certification

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
