About the role
To build and scale data products and analytical foundations, the full-time remote Senior Data Analytics Engineer will design, develop, and maintain production-grade analytical models and semantic layers, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data usability and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, test, and maintain analytical data models using dbt and Databricks
Establish semantic models for consistent business metrics and reduce duplicated logic across reporting tools
Develop automation scripts and utilities to streamline data preparation and operational workflows
Required Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence
Advanced SQL skills and production experience with dbt and Databricks
Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, Gold-layer architecture, and data governance
Proficiency in Python and experience with automation and scripting
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern software development practices
