Work hours:
Part-time - 20 hours/wk The preferred schedule is 6-10 am Monday - Friday Long-term (1 year) assignment with a chance of conversion/increase to full-time hoursMust-haves:3-5 years of experience preferred Learning management system experience preferred Lots of customer support working with onsite employees Communication skills are very important The candidate will need a high level of attention to detail to work and maintain training compliance for new employeesJob Responsibilities: Provides basic administrative support to the Learning and Development Training team, and performs administrative tasks according to set policies and procedures. Individuals in this role carry out a range of relatively routine activities and processes in the Learning Management System to provide support to the business unit. Performs System Administrator activities for the site Learning Management Systems (LMS) and site Electronic Department Management System (EDMS). Works with corporate and local IT groups to resolve issues.
