The successful candidate will be the overall business leader for all centers in the region, with full accountability for their collective performance. This includes achieving performance goals in compliance, financial, operational, quality, and customer service. The role involves driving the planning and execution of growth initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with state agency partners, and ensuring that all centers operate in compliance with regulations. The Regional President will also be responsible for the profit and loss performance of the markets, leading and managing teams, and fostering a high-performance culture. Applicants for the Regional President position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' related experience, including at least 10 years in a supervisory or administrative capacity. In-depth knowledge of healthcare delivery and financing systems, particularly those related to home and community-based care, is essential. The role requires a proven track record in managing business lines and a strong understanding of healthcare dynamics and economics. The candidate should be adept at developing and maintaining strategic relationships, and be capable of turning strategic goals into operational plans.
