About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of Demand Generation to build and lead a full-funnel demand generation function, setting strategy while remaining hands-on as the team grows. Responsibilities include developing inbound, outbound, account-based, and customer marketing programs; owning pipeline targets, paid media, and program budgets; and reporting performance through pipeline reviews and forecasts with Sales leadership. The role will establish lead-routing and response agreements, turn events into measurable pipeline, and partner across marketing, sales, customer success, and revenue operations. The leader will also guide the practical use of AI, run disciplined campaign tests, and strengthen attribution, funnel reporting, and account prioritization. Candidates should have 10 or more years of B2B demand generation experience, including at least four years leading a team, and a record of scaling demand generation through significant company growth. Experience building teams and programs, managing budgets against pipeline and payback goals, and leading both inbound and outbound/ABM motions is required. Applicants should be fluent in HubSpot and Salesforce and experienced with intent data, pipeline forecasting, attribution, and collaboration with Sales and revenue operations. Hands-on use of AI tools with measurable efficiency gains, strong analytical communication skills, and comfort building in an evolving environment are also essential. Experience in vertical SaaS or a private-equity-backed organization is preferred. Hiring Manager TitleChief Marketing Officer FunctionsMarketing

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
