All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.Duties, Responsibilities & OtherManage larger or more complex projects or a portfolio of projectsSuccessfully manage scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong customer relationshipsDevelop and maintain project management plans and other required project management artifactsLead project teams from project initiation through closeoutFollow guidelines, best practices, conventions, techniques, and industry standards for project managementDirectly engage with and influence customersLead development of proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFP)Support business development and marketing initiatives by meeting with customers and prospective customers, attending industry events, and giving presentationsMentor project managers and associate project managersSupervise staff, as assignedProvide performance feedback to project staff and supervisors of staffOperate independentlySpecialized Experience:Experience providing consulting services is strongly preferredExperience in transportation, water, and/or state/local government markets is strongly preferredCertified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferredExperience managing projects using Agile/Scrum framework preferredExperience collaborating within industry partnerships with Esri, Trimble, and other geospatial ecosystem partners is preferredCSM and/or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner is preferredQualificationsBachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, geography, design, marketing, business, or related field is required. Experience may be substituted for degree.Master's Degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, geography, design, marketing, business, or related field is preferredMinimum five years of experience in a project management roleMinimum eight years of professional experience in the areas of business advisory, data & analytics, solutions and/or software engineering, and/or IT infrastructure engineeringExperience providing consulting services is strongly preferredExperience in utilities, facilities, transportation, water, and/or state/local government markets is strongly preferredDemonstrated experience to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problemsAbility to develop and maintain deep knowledge of customers, data, business, and marketsProject Management Professional is preferredPMI Agile Certified Practitioner is preferredPre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment.
