Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in a rehabilitation setting, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Utilize various physical therapy techniques and modalities, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and advanced therapeutic equipment to alleviate pain and facilitate recovery. Regularly document patient progress, treatment responses, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and proper use of assistive devices for improved mobility and independence. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to contribute to comprehensive patient care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance recovery. Patient Population / Client FocusIn your role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adults, and seniors, each facing various physical challenges, from post-surgery rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field from an accredited institution; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred. Valid physical therapist license in the state of Virginia. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members. Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient tracking. Ability to remain adaptable and flexible in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience as a physical therapist is highly desirable. Prior experience working within a rehabilitation center or similar healthcare settings.

Compensation and Benefits: Atlantic Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
