About the role

Lead regional operations and a team of Franchise Business Consultants, helping franchisees meet business goals and achieve strong performance. Coach and develop consultants, oversee regional initiatives and financial accountability, and serve as a liaison among franchisees and headquarters. Lead and manage Franchise Business Consultants to meet company objectives. Coach consultants and franchisees on business planning, performance improvement, and goal achievement. Coordinate communications among headquarters, consultants, and franchise operators. Monitor regional results, franchise performance, terminations, and strategic initiatives. Oversee consultant training, performance management, and team development. Support annual budgeting, regional P&L accountability, and team travel expense monitoring.
