  • Work with our internal departments to bring fill rates as close to 100% as possible and keep each account in full contract compliance
  • Get the latest list of locations from each customer, check it against the customer's website, confirm it with the customer, and update Salesforce
  • Make sure every location has the access it needs, such as FaceTok, access codes and dedicated phone numbers, to use VRI, VI and OPI services
  • Market our services to every customer location and department so customers use their full contract
  • Host monthly educational webinars (moving to quarterly meetings as needed) and use them to promote and upsell our services
  • Write customer newsletters and blog posts, and promote them through Mailchimp
  • Create support materials, such as quick-reference guides and how-to instructions, to help customers use their services
  • Produce utilization reports weekly for the first six months of a contract, then monthly, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Lead customer onboarding, set up equipment on site, and provide basic technical support
What you bring:
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management or business-to-business sales; experience in language services or healthcare preferred
  • Experience growing accounts, upselling or supporting contract renewals
  • Strong presentation skills, including running webinars and training sessions

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
