About the role
Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own end-to-end design and delivery of agent capabilities across generative AI, agentic AI, CV and RL in production environments. You'll take ownership of architectures, build them with a team, and ensure performance under security and compliance constraints. You will collaborate with product and research teams, mentor engineers, and interact with government users while traveling up to 10% for customer needs as Scale deploys
