About the role

Sales Executive Opportunity You will be the first sales hire and join a team of ten people. You can learn more about the company in this video here. OTE is $280k-$400k, commission is uncapped. Role is in our SF office and you must be willing to travel to visit customers on-site. You will have support from world-class engineers who will partner with you on each deal. Meticulous has extraordinary product-market fit with leading companies adopting the tool (Notion, Dropbox, WealthSimple, Wiz) at record pace. This is a great fit for an experienced mid-market / enterprise account executive who wants to accelerate their career. Almost all of our leads are inbound today and we are rapidly scaling our marketing channels. Our customers are the upper tier of mid market to the lower tier of enterprise. ACVs range from $100k to $1m+.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in an account executive or sales engineer role selling to a technical buyer. Top performance at prior roles (for an AE this should be former presidents club, former sales club).Excel at selling to deeply technical buyers.
Bonus: Prior experience selling at both larger and smaller companies. Our mission is to radically accelerate the pace of software development. We've brought together a small team of some of the most talented engineers in the world. This has allowed us to build a technology that fully autonomously and exhaustively tests frontend codebases. Autonomous and exhaustive testing is the missing piece in unlocking the full potential of code generation and automating the majority of software development. This is an opportunity to join a company going through hypergrowth as we scale from millions of annual recurring revenue to $100m ARR.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
