Job Responsibilities:
- This role is for true agency recruiters.
- Manage and grow your own book of business
- Drive client relationships, candidate pipelines, and executive‐level searches
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on shared searches to maximize speed, quality, and placement success
- Operate with full autonomy while contributing to a high‐performing, supportive team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of agency recruiting experience
- Proven success running a full desk
- Strong communication, business development, and executive‐level search skills
