Lead
About the role
- Own delivery, business analysis, prioritization and cross-functional coordination across a portfolio of Treasury workstreams: financing, margin, cash management and operational controls
- Draft business requirements for engineering, define acceptance criteria and test plans, and lead UAT and production testing
- Own multiple project plans in Jira, run sprint prioritization and backlog grooming with engineering, and produce weekly status reporting
- Produce monthly governance reporting and executive materials for senior leadership, and coordinate budget change requests with finance
- This is a hands-on, end-to-end ownership seat rather than a passive coordination role, based full-time in Connecticut
- What They're Looking For
- 5+ years in a Product Management or Business Analyst role, with experience across both vendor and in-house system implementations
- Background in a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm, asset manager or sell-side Treasury/portfolio finance function strongly preferred
- Working understanding of capital markets operations: stock loan, financing, margin and cash management
- Strong Jira and Confluence skills, plus SQL and comfort using AI tools to prototype and validate ideas
- Consulting background or consulting-style structured problem solving is a plus
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
