About the role
Figma is expanding its distribution partnerships team to unlock revenue and scale growth across LATAM, including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and beyond. This full-time role can be remote in the United States or from US hubs, focusing on strategic alliances with agencies, SIs, consultancies, and resellers. You will build new partner programs, scale existing motions, and collaborate with GTM, sales, and product teams to drive revenue and product adoption.
