What You’ll Do: Assist customers via phone and email with orders Provide quotes and product information Process credit applications, purchase orders, adjustments, and cancellations Place orders with vendors using computers, phone, or email Maintain customer accounts and build lasting relationships Work closely with inside sales and sales reps in a team environment Stay up to date on discount structures and product offerings
What You’ll Need: Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to provide excellent customer service Willingness to learn about industrial products High school diploma or equivalent (customer service experience preferred)Ability to sit for long periods while working on a computer and phone Basic computer skills Drug-free workplace & background check required.
