Whether your journey lasts two days or two years, your contribution matters What You'll Do as a General Laborer / Forklift Operator: Operate forklifts, roll clamps, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload trailers, containers, and railcars Complete daily equipment inspections before and after shifts Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines Open and close railcar doors and manage dock plates as needed Use RF scanners and tablets to track freight and inventory movements Assist with changing clamp attachments when required Support teammates and help maintain production and shipping goals Skills and Experience Previous forklift or material handling experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment Comfortable using RF scanners, tablets, and warehouse technology Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to learn and complete equipment certification training
