About the role
Owning a full book of Tier 1 and Tier 3 accounts, the remote Director of Client Partnerships will manage client relationships, drive renewal and expansion revenue, and independently run business reviews while ensuring successful account transitions.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts, accountable for net revenue retention, renewals, and expansion revenue
Run quarterly business reviews and develop account plans with success metrics for each client
Author renewal decision memos and proactively identify expansion opportunities within the client portfolio
Required qualifications:
8-12 years of experience in enterprise account management, client/customer success, or client-partner roles in SaaS or financial-services technology
Demonstrated ownership of net revenue retention and leadership of negotiated renewals
Proven track record of managing expansion motions through to signed agreements
Ability to build trust quickly in client relationships mid-cycle
Proficiency with Salesforce and account-health platforms
