The Red Gate Group is seeking an IT Project Manager with a requirements engineering focus to support a Department of Defense intelligence customer, owning requirements definition, repositories, and end to end traceability for a newly established joint program office alongside the standard project management artifacts. You will develop functional requirements based on customer needs and specifications and define the methodologies used to determine them. You will build and maintain requirement repositories, create traceability from requirements through testing to implementation, and guide the development of test cases and test procedures that verify the requirements. You will also prepare the project plans, scoping documents, and status reporting that keep requirements definition and coordination visible across the program. You Have 8+ years of experience in requirements engineering or IT project management, including recent experience within the last 2 years. Know Your Rights

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
