Need a strong, hands-on Lead BA with exceptional analysis skills who can quickly turn complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements. Deep understanding of SAFe/Agile practices, with proven ownership of backlog management, prioritization, and refinement in close partnership with Product and Engineering. Brings solid technical and data fluency - able to work comfortably with engineers, data teams, and complex systems-while maintaining focus on business value and risk. A proactive go-getter who takes initiative, drives clarity, anticipates dependencies, and pushes work forward without waiting for direction.
