About the role
- A founder-led fintech that has already won its market and is now going after the next level. Strong product-market fit, a loyal customer base, and a category that’s still being defined. They’re hiring a CRO to take them there.
- We want someone who has scaled a company from tens of millions to $100M+, through 40%+ year-on-year growth.
- Why it’s interesting
- High-value accounts, low acquisition cost, and deals that close fast through the right intros
- You’ll build the partner ecosystem: VCs, founder networks etc
- You’ll build the New York hub and the upmarket motion from the ground up
- A true seat at the table with the founders on where the company goes next
- Set the go-to-market strategy, pricing and sales plan
- Build partner channels that bring in higher-value customers
- Run a disciplined pipeline and forecast for the CEO and board
- Hire, coach and lead a go-to-market team of 20+
- Stay close to the biggest deals personally
- What you bring
- CSO, CRO or SVP Sales experience at a fast-growing company
- You’ve created demand for something new, not just captured existing demand
- You’ve run both complex, multi-stakeholder deals and a high-velocity sales motion
- Sharp commercial judgment on pricing, funnel economics and budgets
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
