The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of hands-on Infor LN expertise, ERP data migration leadership, data architecture, and master data management experience. This role requires someone who can lead a team of data analysts while remaining actively involved in data cleansing, mapping, migration, and validation activities. Additionally, this individual will help establish data governance standards and support future enterprise AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall data strategy, architecture, and migration activities for the Infor LN ERP implementation. Develop and execute data cleansing, deduplication, and master data management processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Oversee migration of critical master data, including customer, supplier, item, bill of materials (BOM), and pricing information. Lead mock data conversions, reconciliation activities, and migration readiness assessments throughout implementation and testing cycles. Collaborate with implementation partners, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and support successful ERP integration. Support CRM-to-ERP data integration and address data quality challenges across business systems. Establish data governance frameworks, ownership standards, and data quality controls to support long-term operational efficiency. Develop reporting and metrics to track data quality, migration progress, and overall readiness for go-live. Partner with Security and Enterprise Architecture teams to assess enterprise data readiness for AI initiatives, including Microsoft Copilot.
Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, data engineering, or related disciplines. Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (LN/Baan), including ERP data structures and migration tools. Proven experience leading data migration activities through at least one full-cycle ERP implementation and go-live. Experience managing or providing technical leadership to teams of data analysts. Strong expertise in data cleansing, data mapping, deduplication, master data management, and reconciliation. Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and CRM-to-ERP integrations. Advanced SQL skills and experience with ETL and data integration technologies. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and enterprise data architecture. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to take ownership of an ERP implementation already in progress and quickly drive migration activities forward.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience supporting Infor LN ERP implementations in manufacturing environments. Experience with enterprise-wide digital transformation or ERP modernization initiatives. Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments. Knowledge of cloud data platforms, data warehouses, or lakehouse architectures. Experience with AI data readiness, AI governance, or responsible AI practices. Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate.
Work Arrangement: This position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site participation in testing and key project activities in the Denver, CO area. Candidates located near Denver are preferred; however, qualified candidates who can travel as needed will also be considered.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
