- A portfolio that demonstrates both craft and thinking - you design and think about complete experiences, not just screens and pixels
- Strong grasp of motion design and how animation enhances (not decorates) usability
- Comfortable collaborating directly with frontend engineers - you know enough about React and CSS to have a real conversation
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a particular focus on visual detail - typography, spacing, hierarchy, color and the why behind every interaction
- Highly autonomous - you can define the problem, set your own direction, and execute without being managed
- Clear communicator who can bring engineers, PMs, and stakeholders along on design decisions
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or SCSS - enough to QA your own work in code

- You don't just make things look good - you make them work better
- You set a high bar for yourself and the people around you, and you do it without being precious about it
- $155,000 - $300,000 a year

- Work with bleeding-edge tech in a domain where innovation moves fast
- Join a mission-driven team focused on access, openness, and trust
- Be a key contributor, not just a cog- your work will ship fast and matter
- Collaborate with top-tier protocols, builders, and financial infrastructure providers
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
