Kaiser Permanente seeks a Staff Nurse II to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while leveraging cutting-edge digital tools. In this hybrid role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, coordinate care, and document all interventions in our electronic health record system. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, IT specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance clinical workflows, support telehealth services, and drive continuous quality improvement, all within a supportive, innovation-driven culture focused on patient outcomes and staff growth. Deliver direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practices. Coordinate care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR). Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform treatments per protocols. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care. Use telehealth and digital tools to support remote monitoring and follow-up. Participate in quality improvement, safety, and workflow optimization initiatives. Precept and mentor junior nurses and support staff. Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and infection-control standards. Collaborate with IT and clinical informatics to improve digital workflows.
