About the role
Driving operational excellence and strategic alignment, the full-time remote Vice President of Revenue Operations will lead commercial operations, manage sales compensation programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Lead Commercial operations and strategy to enable data-driven decision-making and forecasting accuracy
Collaborate with HR and Finance to design and manage sales compensation programs aligned with the go-to-market strategy
Drive operational cadence and performance reporting, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and global standards
Required qualifications
15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Leadership within a global B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company
Proven track record of leading large, matrixed teams and driving operational excellence
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with strong business acumen
Experience collaborating with C-level stakeholders and managing complex cross-functional initiatives
Familiarity with sales systems and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau
