About the role
Markon is seeking an experienced Business Development / Capture Manager to drive pipeline growth and capture activities from our Falls Church, VA headquarters. You will identify, qualify, shape opportunities, develop capture strategies, and engage clients to position Markon for federal pursuits.
The role requires leading the BD lifecycle, coordinating with the Growth team, developing win themes, managing teaming and proposals, and maintaining data-driven pursuit decisions.
