Job DescriptionRPM Partners () is seeking a Managing Director with deep automotive and manufacturing restructuring expertise to advise clients through complex, high-stakes situations by delivering hands-on operational and financial solutions that strengthen performance and enterprise value.What it Means to Work for RPM Partners:You will have access to the breadth of resources and capabilities of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industryYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balanceYou will join a culture that has received multiple top "Places to Work" awardsWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutionsWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundationShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best workWhat Work You Will be Responsible For: Lead complex restructuring, turnaround, and performance improvement engagements within the automotive and manufacturing sectorsServe as the senior restructuring leader and trusted advisor in high-stakes situations involving lenders, sponsors, management teams, suppliers, customers, and other key stakeholdersAdvise Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and automotive suppliers on liquidity management, operational stabilization, restructuring strategies, and business transformation initiativesDrive strategic and financial decision-making through sophisticated financial analysis, operational insight, and stakeholder negotiationsAnalyze and interpret complex financial and legal documents, including loan agreements, forbearance agreements, accommodation agreements, access agreements, and related stakeholder documentationOversee supplier engagement and supply chain stabilization efforts during distressed and transitional situationsPerform Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO)-type responsibilities, including cash flow oversight, operational execution, stakeholder communications, and turnaround implementationLead and mentor engagement teams while managing multiple client engagements in fast-paced environmentsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships and drive business development opportunities across the restructuring and automotive marketsDeliver exceptional client service and thought leadership in complex advisory engagementsBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in restructuring, turnaround, insolvency advisory, or performance improvement consultingProven first-chair experience leading complex restructuring and turnaround engagementsSignificant experience advising automotive OEMs and suppliersDeep understanding of stakeholder dynamics, leverage points, and multi-party negotiationsStrong experience with complex financial analysis, distressed situations, and operational improvement initiativesExperience reviewing and negotiating complex financial and legal documentsDemonstrated success performing CRO-type advisory workProven business development and client relationship management capabilitiesStrong interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and team management skillsPreferred/Desired Qualifications/Credentials:MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferredCPA, CIRA, CTP, CFA, or other relevant professional certificationEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
