About the role

- You will work closely with product, technology, compliance and leadership teams, and you will be the visible champion for the platform with clients, at industry events and across the financial services market.
- Key Responsibilities of the Senior Enterprise Sales Executive:
- Develop and execute a U.S. sales strategy that builds market awareness and drives new revenue.
- Prospect into banks, fintechs, payment companies and other regulated financial institutions.
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from discovery and demos through proposals, negotiation and close.
- Build relationships with senior leaders across compliance, risk, fraud, operations, technology and the C-suite.
- Act as a product evangelist, communicating the platform’s value and competitive advantages.
- Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations that address each prospect’s financial crime and regulatory challenges.
- Partner with product, technology, compliance and legal teams to shape solutions and onboard new clients.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Essential Requirements of the Senior Enterprise Sales Executive:5+ years of enterprise software sales, ideally in financial services, fintech, RegTech or compliance technology.
- A proven track record of winning net-new business through proactive prospecting and hitting quota.
- Knowledge of financial crime compliance, such as AML, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention or sanctions screening.
- Experience selling SaaS to banks, fintechs, payment companies or other regulated organizations.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with technical, regulatory and executive stakeholders.
- The team are offering an OTE of $300,000, as well as remote working, a matched 401k, full health, dental and vision cover, an employee stock purchase plan and tuition reimbursement.
- If you have experience selling financial crime technology and enjoy building a market from the ground up, we would love to hear from you.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
