About the role
Production Support / App Support AnalystTypically requires 2+ years of relevant experience (Production Support/Application Support) working in a technical environment and solving technical issues related to applications, servers, database connectivity, etc. Ability to demonstrate solid knowledge in at least one programming language and/or scripting language through work or educational background (Python, PowerShell, Unix shell, etc.) + ability to write basic SQL statements; solid knowledge of SFTP (secure file transfer protocol). Requires working and conceptual knowledge of various technical domains (Windows, Unix, Scripting, AWS, Splunk). Is adaptable and able to learn quickly. Shows ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, as well as, verbal and written communication skills.
