Position Overview: We are seeking a Revenue Accounting Lead to oversee revenue accounting and gross-to-net (GTN) activities within a pharmaceutical organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly and quarterly revenue close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Provide technical guidance and review support to team members, as applicable.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred. Five or more years of progressive accounting experience, including hands-on pharmaceutical or biotechnology revenue accounting and GTN experience. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP revenue recognition principles, including ASC 606 and variable consideration. Experience with GTN reserve modeling, reconciliations, and analysis across commercial and government channels. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems and large datasets. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage competing deadlines and work collaboratively across functions. Experience reviewing others’ work or leading accounting processes preferred.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
