About the role
Coordinating and executing client contracts and change orders for early phase studies, the full-time remote Contract Analyst II will manage multiple contracts simultaneously while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in contract terms.
Key responsibilities
Manage numerous Early Phase contracts and change orders, ensuring timely execution and compliance
Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and operational departments to determine appropriate contract terms and conditions
Develop and maintain client/project files and tracking tools, providing project/financial analysis as needed
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field
2+ years of experience in sponsor contract management and financial analysis within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
Strong understanding of contract fundamentals, legal terminology, and commercial agreement structures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Experience with project budgeting and change order management (preferred)
