About the role
To support contract management and budget oversight, the fully remote Senior Contract & Budget Analyst will prepare and negotiate high-quality customer, site, and vendor contracts while leading negotiation strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate master governing agreements and clinical trial agreements, ensuring timely execution
Manage complex projects related to contract and budget negotiations, providing guidance and mentorship to junior analysts
Perform in-depth analyses to support budget development and maintain accurate contract inventory and statuses
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Five or more years of experience in contract and budget management within the clinical research industry
Minimum one year of experience developing grant budgets for clinical trials or three years of similar experience
Advanced knowledge of contract principles and clinical trial agreements, including regulatory considerations
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Salesforce and SharePoint
