About the role

Position Overview: Atlas Power Partners is seeking a hands-on Enterprise ServiceTitan Platform Manager to help scale and support our growing network of power solutions businesses. This role combines ServiceTitan platform administration, post-acquisition implementation, operational support, and employee training. The ideal candidate understands how field service businesses operate and can translate operational needs into practical, standardized workflows across our partner companies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • ServiceTitan Implementations & Data Migration Oversight: Lead end-to-end ServiceTitan implementations for newly acquired partner businesses, including discovery, configuration, testing, go-live readiness, and post-launch support. Coordinate with dedicated data engineers responsible for technical data migration, while maintaining accountability for implementation timelines, data validation, operational readiness, and successful go-live outcomes.
  • Platform Administration & Governance: Serve as the enterprise ServiceTitan subject matter expert, overseeing system configurations, user permissions, workflows, and platform standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and operational efficiency across partner businesses.
  • Training, Adoption & Performance Monitoring: Drive ServiceTitan proficiency across the organization through onsite training, ongoing support, and AI-powered learning resources. Monitor training completion, assessment results, user engagement, and recurring knowledge gaps. Provide regular dashboards and actionable insights to the VP of Platform Operations, while supporting updates to SOPs and training materials as needed.
  • Operational Support & Continuous Improvement: Serve as the primary escalation point for ServiceTitan support issues, partnering with branch leadership and functional teams to troubleshoot challenges, improve system adoption, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Workflow & Pricebook Standardization: Support consistent ServiceTitan practices across scheduling, dispatch, sales, service, installations, memberships, and reporting. Partner with branch teams to ensure material and equipment costs are reviewed and updated quarterly to support accurate job costing and dynamic pricing within each ServiceTitan tenant.
  • Integrations & Vendor Coordination: Support ServiceTitan integrations and connected applications, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, maintain functionality, and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Implementation Coordination & Field Engagement: Maintain implementation checklists, issue logs, training plans, and stakeholder status updates. Travel to partner locations to lead implementation activities, deliver hands-on training, and provide post-launch hypercare as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least two years of direct ServiceTitan implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations against defined timelines, milestones, and go-live dates.
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan administration, configuration, and end-user support.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining ServiceTitan pricebooks, including material and equipment cost updates.
  • Experience building ServiceTitan reports and dashboards to track adoption, performance, and data quality.
  • Experience supporting field service operations and translating business requirements into system workflows.
  • Ability to deliver effective training and communicate technical concepts to users with varying experience levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, and data validation).
  • Ability and willingness to travel to partner businesses. Travel is tied to new acquisitions and will vary year to year based on deal activity; each implementation typically requires onsite time before and during go-live.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to rent a vehicle when traveling to partner locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with EHUB.
  • ServiceTitan certification.
  • Industry experience in the home services sector.
  • Familiarity with accounting and third-party integrations connected to ServiceTitan (e.g., Sage Intacct).
  • Experience with CRM migrations, legacy system data cleanup, and data mapping.
  • Experience supporting multi-location businesses, acquisitions, or enterprise-wide standardization.
  • Experience developing structured training programs, SOP libraries, and instructional videos.
What Success Looks Like: New partners are onboarded through a repeatable, well-managed implementation process; ServiceTitan users receive timely, practical support; teams are trained and confident in core workflows; and platform standards improve data quality, visibility, and operational consistency without creating unnecessary complexity.
About the Role: This is an operational technology and enablement position, not a traditional IT infrastructure role. Success requires someone who is comfortable working directly in ServiceTitan, collaborating with branch teams, and balancing hands-on problem solving with scalable platform processes. ABOUT ATLAS POWER PARTNERSAtlas is building the first truly scaled, best-in-class platform for residential backup generator sales, installation, and service. We partner with exceptional local dealers, preserve what makes them great, and give them the systems, capital, and playbook to grow faster than they could alone. We are early and intentional. Today we operate two locations in Florida with additional partnerships under LOI across the Eastern Seaboard, and we are building toward a multi-geography platform generating $200M+ in revenue — anchored by recurring service relationships, a centralized technology stack, and deep technical expertise at every branch. The generator market is large, fragmented, and growing roughly 10% per year as homeowners increasingly treat whole-home backup power as essential infrastructure. Most dealers are excellent operators but sub-scale: they lack the marketing horsepower, back-office sophistication, and recruiting pipeline to capture the demand in front of them. That is the gap Atlas is built to close. We are hiring senior talent early, on purpose, so the systems, culture, and standards are in place before we absorb five, ten, or twenty acquisitions a year. This is a rare chance to build a national platform from the ground up — with a clear thesis, committed capital, and the runway to do it right.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
