About the role
Leading day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Strategy & Operations will focus on maximizing the impact of value-based care insights for partner practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Own strategy and execution for go-to-market efforts related to Risk Stratification programs and products
Develop and maintain partnerships with strategic practice leaders, payer partners, and vendors to enhance insight delivery
Direct and support team members in executing strategic initiatives through cross-functional coordination and program design
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
12+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ years with a Master's Degree
6+ years of experience in healthcare
2+ years of experience in value-based care
Strong business analyst toolkit with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects
