About the role
Supporting the Data and Expanded Core verticals, the full-time remote Director of Strategy and Operations will act as a strategic thought partner, driving data-informed decision-making and operational excellence to promote growth and clarity in complex initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to revenue leaders, prioritizing and driving action plans that foster growth in the Expanded Core businesses
Perform in-depth data collection and analysis to provide actionable recommendations that inform strategic decision-making
Ensure focused execution of product strategies by driving attention to key milestones and KPIs across cross-functional teams
Required qualifications:
8+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or sales strategy & operations, particularly in zero to one or one to two business contexts
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) for informed decision-making
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide strategic decisions
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with tech industry product development processes
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with adaptability to changing priorities
