About the role

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Senior Operations Associate will manage international and retail launch execution, coordinate logistics and cross-border freight, and support inventory and procurement operations in a remote capacity. Key responsibilitiesSupport international and retail launches by managing inbound logistics plans and ensuring compliance with retail partner requirements Coordinate inbound and cross-border shipments, tracking milestones and addressing service risks Manage daily inventory operations, including PO processing and stock investigations, while maintaining 3PL portal accuracyRequired qualifications2-4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in FMCG or CPG sectors Solid understanding of international shipping, customs documentation, and retail logistics Experience with ERPs, inventory management tools, and 3PL web portals Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for creating actionable checklists from complex processes
