About the role
To lead customer-facing implementation and cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Operations Associate will manage project planning, coordination, and risk management while ensuring successful delivery across various stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer implementation and deployment projects using a formal project-management lifecycle from initiation to closeout
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones
Provide customer-facing technical leadership and maintain clear communication regarding project scope, status, and issuesRequired QualificationsProject management experience in software implementation or healthcare technology environments
Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedules, and stakeholder communication
Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
Customer-focused approach with a collaborative mindset for problem-solving and decision-making
Familiarity with medical imaging systems and healthcare interoperability standards is preferred
