API Integration Operations Manager, Hotels & TravelLocation: SeattleEmployment Type: RegularJob Code: A235757ResponsibilitiesLead API integration programs for hotel groups, OTAs, and other supply partners, from onboarding to launch and post-launch optimization, to support supply expansion and business growth.Work across internal teams and external partners to define integration plans, align priorities, and ensure smooth execution across business and technical workflows.Manage end-to-end delivery of hotel direct-connect and OTA integrations in the U.S. market, including go-to-market planning, partner alignment, risk management, issue escalation, and launch coordination.Partner with U.S. business and BD teams to strengthen partner connectivity, support new product capabilities, and improve conversion performance.Develop scalable processes and best practices to improve integration efficiency, execution quality, and long-term operational effectiveness.Track key integration and business metrics, identify operational or system gaps, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in product operations, partner integration, API operations, or related fields. Fluency in Chinese is required to collaborate with product, engineering and cross-functional stakeholders based in China.Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with API, SaaS, or system integrations, with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive execution in complex environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting partner onboarding, go-to-market execution, and ongoing collaboration. Self-motivated, well-structured, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-time-zone environment. Experience in hospitality, OTA, travel technology, hotel connectivity, B2B platforms, or SaaS integration is a plus.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $258400 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
