About the role
About the TeamWe are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Product Operations Manager to lead our TikTok Shop (TTS) certification programs for the U.S. market. As the bridge between our global strategy and execution, you will define what a quality merchant looks like on our platform and ensure our U.S. partners are empowered to meet those standards.Responsibilities- Market Insight & Strategy: Conduct deep-dive research into the U.S. consumer and merchant landscape. Identify certification needs and establish a robust NPS (Net Promoter Score) feedback loop to drive continuous optimization.- Standard Setting: Define and refine the "TTS Top-Tier Store" criteria, focusing on brand influence and authorization. Translate these high-level visions into actionable rules for merchant vetting and evaluation.- GTM Execution & Advocacy: Lead the rollout of GTM rules across various industry categories. Act as the primary advocate for these standards, ensuring both internal teams and external merchants fully understand and successfully complete the certification process.- Ecosystem Optimization: Analyze the effectiveness of merchant certifications and user feedback. Partner closely with Product and Strategy teams to iterate on rules that build consumer trust and foster a secure platform ecosystem.Minimum Qualifications- A minimum of 3 years' experience in strategy operations or a related field- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience using data to drive strategic decisions and measure performance.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with creator ecosystems or content-based commerce (e.g., livestream shopping, influencer-led affiliate models).- Familiarity with US commerce best practices, merchant operation logic, and consumer behavior.Req ID: A211179
