Patriot Conceptions is accepting applications from qualified gestational surrogate candidates in Californiaand Nevada. This opportunity is best suited for women who have already had a healthy pregnancy and live birth and meetthe basic medical and lifestyle requirements below. Qualified surrogates can earn up to $120K+ in totalcompensation and benefits, depending on experience, location, insurance, and journey details. Applicants who pass the initial eligibility review will speak directly with a coordinator about the process, compensation, timeline, and next steps.
Key qualifications:
  • Age 21–37
  • At least one prior healthy pregnancy and live birth
  • BMI under 32
  • Non-smoker with a stable lifestyle
  • Able to complete medical, psychological, and legal screening
