You've already experienced pregnancy and childbirth. If you enjoyed pregnancy and want to help anotherfamily experience parenthood, becoming a gestational surrogate may be worth exploring. Patriot Conceptions supports qualified surrogates in California and Nevada throughout screening, matching, legal, embryo transfer, pregnancy, and delivery. Qualified surrogates can receive up to $120K+ in totalcompensation and benefits, depending on individual journey details.

  • Age 21–37
  • At least one prior healthy pregnancy and live birth
  • BMI under 32
  • Non-smoker with a stable lifestyle
  • Able to complete medical, psychological, and legal screening
