Key Responsibilities: Defend employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation claims. Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings before the state commission or board. Evaluate claims and provide case reports and recommendations to clients. Manage an active caseload and work with partners on case strategy.
Qualifications: Active law license in the state of the office location.
Compensation and Benefits: Base salary of $100,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. Competitive benefits package.
