Degree Required:
Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field in a reputable institution Top required/must have technical skills:7+ years hands-on professional experience (SDE) Proficient in (more) Backend and (less) Frontend development Proficient in following areas: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Node. JS (Required) for backend development. Must have strong coding experience.2+ years of experience in ReactJs + Redux and/or Vue. JsStrong web technologies – Microservices, Building API’s, Load Balancing, (Required)JSON standards (JavaScript Object Notation) (Required) Experience in Backend technologies like Java is a plus Experience in one of the clouds is required (AWS/Azure/GCP) Minimum 2+ years of Experience in Nosql and SQL is required. Experience in working with at least one NodeJs web framework (Express, Sails or Hapi) All development and deployment are Linux based and the developer should be able to work on a Mac. Strong analytical and programming skills Strong knowledge in Data structures and Algorithms Good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals Good understanding of Object-oriented programming concepts Soft skills/Personality: Excellent problem-solving skills Quick learner with passion to learn and adapt to new technologies Excellent verbal and written communications skills and being a team player Attention to details and striving for perfection Good communication and design skills Experience in mentoring or leading small teams The ability to work independently or as a team with the guidance of the Managers Daily/weekly tasks (Day in the life/what the resource will be doing):Be responsible for expanding the feature set of the platform in an extensible and scalable manner Work end to end on micro-services built on cutting edge technologies like NodejsWork with great Engineers and solve difficult problems aimed at making the Customer experience seamless Get challenged on your DS & Algorithm skills and Design patterns every day Get the experience of building products from the scratch and taking them all the way to production Work with business and provide solutions to problems faced by customers Design and development of new and enhance existing applications using HapijsSingle Page Web Apps development using Vuejs and React+Redux Collaborate with internal and external team members to support Samsung.com site providing first level engineering support Support existing and new features via bug fixes, prod support or monitoring scripts
